At Artistica Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor selection; if a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
